There are at least two other people I work with who have the initials J.C., so I'm not giving credit to myself for the idea behind this cartoon. I'm sure there are a lot of other types of pages that can be found at the library...this is just a sample. Thanks again to J.C. for helping me through my bout with cartoonist's block.

I'm number one! I'm number one! Well, hopefully not so often these days, I don't really have the excuse of being brand new anymore. But at least I'm not number three... *blushes*
Why am I always the first one to comment, no matter how long I wait?
I don't get too many comments actually. Well, thanks for adding yours...at least I have one fan.
Well, yeah! I'm a fan of your cartoons, photos, willingness to teach me how to take a decent picture... I'm really quite fond of you in general.
But, slick, you have lots of fans. Don't judge it based on the number of comments you get. People at the library never comment on anything, not even when you go out of your way to provoke them. I would know, I tried really hard, and nary a peep. Except from our fearless leader, who pulled me into his office for a little conversation.
I agree, people are so quiet...sometimes I'm afraid I talk/laugh too much and annoy them, but it helps me get through the day. You have many fans out there. Keep the cartoons coming!
Oh, Miss Rebecca, you couldn't be sweeter and more charming if you tried. If anyone is annoyed by you, which I rather doubt, the problem is theirs.
You have fans all over. They don't always get to the page quickly enough. :)
I loved this toon so much I printed it off and taped it above the computer our pages use. Our main page laughed until she cried. :)
Thank my fellow co-worker J.C. for the idea...glad you liked it!
If anyone here reads "Unshelved" I work with a page just like Buddy the Beaver... hahaha...
