Once again, I'm a little late on posting a new cartoon. I think it has something to do with the warmer weather we've been having and being at the Oregon coast for the weekend.
The idea behind this post started with a suggestion from R.K. It was slightly different at the beginning, but after a couple of little tweaks, this is the end result.
I call it "The Loquacious Patron."
