Most people that visit our library from out of town are either really impressed or indifferent, but every once in a while I hear little complaints about how there isn't wi-fi access yet, or things are hard to find, or we don't have such and such book, etc.Here, I was trying to imagine a patron that was a bit too snooty for his own good...

a friend from seattle was recently aghast that we get less than 99 holds. :P
Yes, people come to the library that my wife works at and wonders why there is no WiFi. Personally, the upgrade we need is RFID tags (like Seattle Public has) to keep the DVDs from getting stolen so frequently... the existing/former security system hasn't been functional in over five years.
