To this day I'm amazed that I haven't been gunned down (or lynched/burned at the stake/tarred/etc) by a disgruntled mob of customers..
The Circ department at my library loved it.
The only projectile we've yet had actually hurled at us in my library was one doughnut, but yeah...
Been there, done that, got the T-shirt... actually, six of them and two hats. It never ceases to amaze me when the problem is created by the customer and only a crisis to them, yet it's ALL YOUR FAULT!
