Another cartoon based on a true story. I was still somewhat new to working at the library and not yet familiar with the collection of materials we had. I'm posting this early to try and beat the holiday rush. Things should return to normal by the beginning of December...see you then.

The theme behind this cartoon is pretty self explanatory...sometimes cell phone users just don't have a clue.
